Hello everyone. As of right now I am at 282 lbs. My weight goal for now is 225. I have a gym membership, however, my son and daughter make it a little more difficult to go. I have weights at home and bands so I am going to try those as well as some of the activities on my oculus. If anyone has any decent workouts with bands and small weights (I also have plates up to 110 with bar just no bench) let me know!
