Try brining them, either 15 minutes warm, or 4-6 hours in the fridge cold . Beat em till they're a relatively consistent size. Wipe em dry, oil (or better yet-butter) them up. Seasoning and salt. Bake.
Or throw them into something saucy and flavorful. Thai curry is a good way. Thighs are best, but breast ain't too bad. I like breast since they're a bit easier to clean up and cook consistently. Leg meat is the worst, almost never get it unless on deep discount. Though drumsticks are aight, cleaning up leg meat is the worst.Virtue is its own reward.

Get one of those things that puts holes in the meat, helps marinades penetrate.
Another good thing is flattening the meat out (like a milanesa/chicken fried steak).
Reason because the marinade in seasoning only flavors the meat so deep, so you flatten it to have less unseasoned meat.The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.
That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

Created my own chicken stir fry that is amazing.
Recipe - Cube chicken and cover in light sriracha, cook and drain water, add veggies like peppers, carrots, peas and cook. Then comes the sauce which I mix low sodium soy sauce, wasabi, fresh garlic, sriracha, and honey. Mix sauce in with chicken / veggies then top with rice……good for meal prep too.

Marinade your chicken overnight.
Cook it gently with plenty of oil.
Breast meat is about as sensitive a cut as it gets. Don't drop it in a piping hot pan like you would a steak. Cook it slower over medium to low heat and use a lid.
Many a bicycle seat was eaten by cooking chicken too fast and too hot.

Soak in buttermilk for 1 hour, then add seasonings of your choice (hint: lawrys, paprika). Put in flower and/or cornstarch, and then pan fry with lots of oil. Serve with mashed potatoes for the bulk or steamed veggies for the cut or just eat plain for the super healthy.300 Tinder matches and jadedfaded still the most beautiful thing iv ever seen

I stir fry with Thai sweet chili sauce. I smash em down and make cgiken katsu. Whem I do the Thai sweet chili sauce, it can be with rice, Udon noodles or as a salad,
