    What's the best pre workout?

And before you ask "What do you look for in a pre workout?" The answer is simple, at least simple to me, whatever helps me lift heavy ass weights. So I don't know if that means focus, pump, energy, or whatever, but I need to lift really heavy weight, over and over again.
Bodybuilding is a lifetime journey, anytime spent not bulking or cutting is a waste of time.

Food would be the answer along with progressive overload and adequate recovery/rest if all you want to do is lift more weight consistently.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

There are many pre workouts that can aid in focus/energy/pump/endurance, etc.

For me I've been using Ryse's Godzilla pre. It gives me all that and then some.

There are plenty of others to look at.

    Ghost Legend
    Pre-Kaged
    Cellucor Ultimate
    Glaxon Specimen

You shouldn't need an energy boost to lift heavy weight, but if energy helps, grab a can of Rockstar (300mg) of caffeine

Caffeine is the number one legal ergogenic aid. As high as you can tolerate for max weight. For a one rep max some smelling salts will give a boost as well.

Now, if you wanna take it to the next level anything that’ll increase dopamine and acetyl choline.

You can try combining tyrosine, alcar, cdp choline and alpha gpc but I have bad reactions to alpha gpc even though it has been proven to improve strength.

Well look for something with Caffeine, Arginine, Citrulline, Beta Alanine and you should be fine 30 mins before workout.

Optimum nutrient advanced formula pre workout. 300 caffine one. I used the same flavor for 3 years. 1 scoop

    Creatine mono 5 mg

And ogobi test booster the one with 400-500 mg tongkat ali and 600 mg ashwagandha

Best stack I used. Didn’t start using tongkat ali until I seen it on joe rogan podcast. It’s legit. I definitely feel like it works

Be sure to choose water or other low-calorie drinks rather than sugar-sweetened beverages like soda, which are high in sugar and calories and could contributeTrusted Source to weight gain.
