The Vince Gironda hormone precursor shake has raw eggs as part of the ingredients. If part of the egg shell drops in the shake, don't bother trying to fish it out. The shell will settle at the bottom of the glass and you can drink the shake. When you finish the shake, you'll see the egg shell on the bottom like I just did a few minutes ago.
