    19, male, 183cm (6'0")

    22nd of September (70kg) to 15th of December (78-79kg) progress

    Let me know what you think, or that things I should be making sure I'm doing/improving.

    You have good potential. You can add a lot of muscle by a well rounded bodybuilding routine. I assume you want to get in really good shape. You have a lean body with low body fat. Pick up the protein to 200 gms er day, work out with moderate weights 4or 5 times a week two body parts per. day. Give it 3 months and take more pics and be amazed at your progress. Practice posing a couple times a week.
