    Post Overhead Press and Weighted chin ups

    Starting stats:
    Height 5'11
    Weight 125lbs

    Overhead Press:105x4
    Weighted chin ups BW+45lbsx5

    My goal for the next 3 months is:
    Overhead press:135x5
    Weighted chin ups:bw +100lbsx4
    I do ohp and weighted chin ups 2 times a week I do RPT with 1 heavy set and 2 lighter sets for the ohp and 3x5 for the chins.

    Today not a bad not good day, felt tired cause my job I have very physical job,had a very intense day at work but still hit pr on chins, ohp lagging(hate this fkin exercise). Here are today lifts
    OHP 105x3, 93lbs x8(2sets)
    Weighted chins 45lbs 3x5(PR)
    Although the ohp was with very strict form this time maybe that was the case...
    Dunno why but progressing on ohp is hard, very very hard..

    Pr's on ohp and Chins
    OHP did 1.105x4 with very strict form and 93x8 so that's one more rep than my previous best
    And Chins I did
    1.47.5lbsx5 and 50x5 then 50x4
    This was also while I have done 20k steps at work(physical job). Also I had 9 on the 2nd set on ohp but I left one in the tank for another day..
