These were mentioned in a previous thread.
I’m not a retired old lady so baking them isn’t an option, lol.
But I really enjoy eating these, in fact there are nights when I get ready for bed and I look forward to eating a bar the next day.
This is why I eat them and they are most definitely better than eating a chocolate bar. I feel good after eating in contrast to eating a chocolate bar.
I don’t eat them every day, some days I eat natural PB on a slice of bread. I also don’t eat PB every day. I mix it up.
A new item I enjoy is adding tropical trail mix (with the dried bananas) to a salad with boiled eggs.
These foods provide energy which is needed for training.

Come'on man, nothing is "hard" to make. Finding time is only the hard part.
At age 45, I really don't give a rats azz about knowing what I'm eating anyway. I'll wait till I'm a retired old lady.
Plus I been squatting almost every day, did a 90 repper today, that kills all bad stuff.
