Is Chili’s good for bulking?

I’m working at a Chili’s and get free food. I’m trying to lift heavy every day and put on muscle mass. I’m usually eating their greasy chicken quesadillas or wings. Seems easy to get a lot of calories in at once here. Chili’s g2g?

Might want to keep an eye on sodium levels is the first thing that comes to mind.

You only need to be in a 200-300 calorie a day surplus to bulk, there is no need to go crazy with high sodium foods.

Sure, but you could always eat...yknow...anything else. Not only does Chili's taste like ass, but everything at Chili's inexplicably tastes like everything else at Chili's. The chips and salsa magically taste almost identical to the sliders that taste identical to the fries. Idk how this happened, either. It used to be quite good way back in the day, but it's been trash for well over a decade now at this point.

I like their chips :/ that’s the only thing though. There guacamole is awful

Yknow…I gotta admit their chips actually are basically everything chips should be. They’re perfectly salted & have an incredibly thin, flakey quality that maximizes crunchiness but still melts in your mouth.

rather than their salsa, get the pico. It’s way fresher. I think pace is their regular salsa

I'm sure there are healthier options at Chili's you could work into your diet every day.

I haven't been in a few years, but need to give it a try again sometime soon.

I thought the thread title was about chili - the spicy stew with meat and beans etc.
