    Stim weight loss and preworkout

Looking for some advise. The only time I take caffeine is during my lifting sessions. (Ie no coffee, no soda, no Bang etc). I want to incorporate a Stim fat burner into my daily routine but don't want to build up a tolerance that will degrade the pre workout effect. Do you think is a concern? I am worried that by basically being on caffeine all day if will take away from my lifting days. Thank you for your help.

I wouldn’t bother with a ‘fat burner’ but ‘being on caffeine all day’ shouldn’t be a concern either.

Kind of depends on the individual, I never need to use more caffeine to get the same effect, I seem to build no tolerance; some people do. Try it if you want and see how it goes, but really you shouldn't need a 'fat burner' and most do little more than suppress appetite, which may be helpful to you.
