After some feedback on the below program, is there anything you would change.
I've been running your typical 5x5 ABA BAB strenght programs on and off for years but find I get bored of them quickly. I programmed this based on exercies I enjoy and something I believe will be sustainable for me. Goals are weight loss and general health.
Train 3 days a week, cardio/mobility work on off days. One push day, one pull day, one day thats balanced.
A (Push Focus)

Single Leg Press 3x15

B (Pull Focus)
