What to take for a headache

I woke up with a splitting headache today, and just got done my workout which obviously didn’t help…

Anybody know what to take that won’t ruin my gaaaaiiiinz and give me some much needed relief??

Drink lots of water. That alone can make a big difference. Take the maximum dose of an over the counter NSAID (we cannot list specific meds, this will be easy to google) at the same time.

i'm usually a fan of water, electrolytes, and caffeine as my first lines of attack.

i love love LMNT - sometimes my headaches are hypoglycemic- so an apple can even solve it all.

but i am a migraine chick - so i have the other end of the spectrum stuff too.....sorry for the headache tho bro!

watch your temp - might be a virux comin down the pipe (i know i know - it's pike - but i deal with more pipes than turnpikes 🤣🤣🤤🤤🤣🤣)

i got it a few times too first was silly - second was eh? last time was a crazy headache and fever at the onset - thats why i mentioned - thought it was just a regular after effect of staying up too late until the temp hit...we no jab 2....but i got hella antibodies now!

That whole nsaid vs gainz thing is way overhyped. This is only in extreme situations where someone takes way over the dosage for way too long.

Take some excedrine headache as described and don't overthink it.

na - familiar - but naw - we live way up in the mtns - and my kids are 14-21yo - idk - just fit i guess

I'd just lay down, make it as dark and quiet as possible, usually helps.
