Hi,
I changed my breakfast which now consists of 200 more calories than before. I noticed that I suddenly have progression in my strength every time I go to the gym. Previously i barely made any progress. Even if my strength is increasing my weight is somewhat stable. I was wondering if I hit a sweet spot where i burn fat and gain muscle and the same time?

Well, if you're consistently eating a fixed amount the rest of the time such that a 200 calorie increase in breakfast makes a meaningful difference overall, that makes pretty good sense to me. At that level of specificity though, I wouldn't get too worked up.
500 calorie difference or go home!Bench: 350
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 505
