OK havent posted here in long time, I'm ex competitor who started Test 250 mg week 30 days ago and want to add arimidex. I was told 0.5 mg every other day, but wasnt sure when to start it? ANd how long do I stay on in relation to my current cycle? I'm an old geezer at 62
