I (14) have a L33cm and an R34cm on my arm but most of it is bicepts, and im not really happy with the size of my tricepts. I dont have a tricept pull down machine and i do most of my workouts at home. Any workouts that target the tricepts specifically(perferably with dumbells or bodyweight)?
Matt, you are 14... Get on a proven program with solid progression, and lift consistently for a couple of years before you take issue with your development. You are not fully grown, and just now starting to benefit from puberty testosterone. Put in the hours, and the results will come.
Even a couple pushup variations at this point will address any tricep weakness you have - just do the work.
