Eating raw: My mum's salad recipe

Most of what we can get in our diets come from consuming raw food. so I am going to share with you a healthy recipe my mum used to do.

You need carrots, coconut and its juice(fresh from he fruit), little bit of mayo, onions and red cabbage

All you need to do is to rap the carrots, coconut and red cabbage in a bowl, add the sliced raw onions, a spoon of mayo and half a cup of fresh coconut juice.

Mix everything together and let your body experience pure healthiness

This recipe helped me to stay fit through the years. Hope this helps you.

Hmm, i looked online and looks like mainly northern california. I go up there a couple times a year, will keep my eyes peeled. I used to go to vegas every year but since covid I basically stay in So Cal

weird I thought they were in San Diego when I lived there.

It’s nothing to out of your way for. Unlike brents in Northridge which is the best deli ever, my dad swears by there Reubens.

Hmm, i may have heard of Brents but i am never really up that far north unless on a roadtrip. I am up in the Hollywood area from time to time, maybe i’ll check it out one of these days. I do love a good reuben, which are hard to find around here, unlike in Manhattan.
