I bought a tub of no explode and a gnc salesmen told me its old school any new preworkout supplements that are new that i should try, im talking about the best one on the market

It’s absolutely dog sht. Over dosed on caffeine no pump, infact with all that caffeine you’re going to be negative for a pump

I can’t believe they’re still scamming and hurting people with this crap

On a side note if you ever need a huge wake up call you can take it. Cant imagine taking this more then 2x a month.


Get the aluni new pre workout. You can add the bcaas and stack it with it: congrats you have a massive pump no stim crash and natural caffeine for you receptors to enjoy more then artificial. You can take this 7x a week no problem. Been doing that for years.

All preworkouts are outdated. None of them have the good ingredients of the past

I just use the redcon one. And buy it when it’s on sale. It’s sh*t but it’s best one you can buy in stores. And I’m too lazy to make my own

no explode used to be the real deal few years ago! Now I rarely use pre-workouts because when I take 1 scoop usually 300-350 mg caffeine around 18:00 I cant to go sleep until 1/2 AM lol!
