At the beginning of October i got to a 250 pound squat, a week later I could do it for about 3 reps. But after that, every lift i did that involves my legs started getting weaker, and its been this way since, and now Im struggling to squat 180. i tried do a deload and changing up my routine, but it hasnt helped at all.
I didn't change anything regarding my routine or diet when this happened, although i did start my bulk a month earlier. Anyone got an idea of what's going on or how to get back to where I was?
