Newbie here, so I'm sorry if the question is obnoxious, but is it okay to mix these ingredients together? it would get me 50 grams of proteins, which doesn't sound bad at all for a single protein shake, I have never made or drank a protein shake, but I'll start in the next few days, hence I'm getting informed on this stuff.
I'm planning to mix 200 ml of milk (6,4 g proteins) with 200 ml of pasteurized egg whites (22 g proteins) to then add a scoop of isolate whey powder (23 gr proteins). Is that okay or are there any health counterindications? Also is it okay to drink one of these each day along with high protein meals?

I do all 4. Whey, Greek yogurt, milk, 3 raw eggs. For you 'tards that don't know, it's called the Vince Gironda hormone precursor shake.

Pasteurized means it’s cooked/heated enough to kill bacteria to the tards above. Yes OP mixing different proteins is absolutely fine and will all absorb at different times. Go for it.
Edit it sounds ranchie on flavor but that’s an awesome blend shake.Eating "clean" doesn't mean eating "healthy"

I think the shake you are making is fine and sounds like it'd taste good.
Eating a ton of egg whites throughout the day could give you gas - just something to look out for. Not that I know from experience.
Also, since it's 50g of protein in one sitting thats already a pretty ample amount. I think 20-40g in a sitting is an optimal range according to research to spark muscle protein synthesis. So 50g definitely checks that box. If you add another high protein meal along with the shake, that's going to be well over that threshold, which I really don't know if it's an issue and maybe it's just fine. However, there may be a negative effect of too much protein at once such as activating the mtor pathway. Maybe others can chime in and speak to this.
