Hello,
As you can see in the image attached to this message, I do pull ups in my pull session.
You can read this image like that :
The name of the exercize is: Pronation Weighted Pull Ups with 3min of rest between sets. Each set must last at least 8 reps. Each row is a session, containing 3 sets with indicated kg and reps. The last set is done until failure or until 1 rep far from failure. The other sets are censed to be done until 3 or 2 reps far from failure. The first set underperforms because I'm not awake on this movement ; the last set underperforms because there were 2 sets before ; the second set performs the best because I'm not tired and I'm correctly awake on this movement.
As you can see, I've progressed very slowly from my first session to my fourth one.
Do you think it's normal? I'm a natural bodybuilder apprentice.
Best regards,

Is it normal to add only 1 rep from session to session to the pull ups?

1 rep to pull ups is very good. Once you pass 15 you will be doing more than most reasonably fit guys. Pass 20 and you are highly above average compared to most distance runners. Yes, gymnasts will still show you up, but what do you want? 20 pull ups maxes out the pull up section of the marine corps fitness test.
