    Good diet gets you jacked sooner and helps your max potential. But people can still build muscle on a poor diet. It just takes longer. These people have plenty of time. Persistence is easy when they have nothing else to do with their time.
    Novice lifter who sticks to the basics 3x per week but likes to theorize about improvements while recovering.
