    If your thighs are too big then your problem is most likely diet and no piece of equipment will help. Are you doing any training? Just fixing your diet and walking will be enough to slim down, but resistance-based training will help you look better.

    I would start with a novice program in a commercial gym if you have access and then build a home gym once you have a good grasp on your goals and equipment needs. Starting out with buying a piece of equipment and expecting results will follow isn't usually a recipe for success.
