Sorry to hear it. Starting lifting at age 50 myself. You can do it! There is a lot of good info on the forums here. My advice, losing weight and improving your health is not a "sprint", it is a "marathon". Be dedicated and consistent, over months and years. It eventually transitions from a a short term "thing" you do, to a lifestyle that is just part of the rhythm of life. If you work at it, and are dedicated and consistent, you will get results.
