DIDs have been off the charts lately, over 9000 in a day last week. 93,000+ total now, vast majority in the last month or so. I don't know where they're coming from but some entity is creating 1000s of them per day around 2-4pm UTC, my guess is some kind of government project (KILT is involved in a few, but the only one I'm allowed to tell you about is their DENA one, the German energy authority)

Every DID created = 2 KILT permanently locked.

The only remaining meaningful inflation is 5.7% to delegators (stakers) which ends in October/November this year.

In related news, today we smashed 100,000 DIDs created. Not a lot yet, only 0.15% of the supply permanently locked, but this has all happened in the last 6w after DIDs being flatlined at 15k for two years. Numbers per day seem to be increasing, I wouldn't be surprised to see legit DID 10k/day soon.



Feels good like posting lifting PRs in my sig back in the day.

Price action remains ****ty while money-haters get bored and dump their bags but the march of DIDs will continue and become irresistible; price must follow eventually.
