    Best Protein with Creatine blend

    Hi,

    What would be a good protein that has a little creatine in it already, instead of buying creatine and protein separately?

    Hmm most pre-workout and protein products contain 2-3 grams creatine which is not enough! Just buy pills/powder and take 5grams daily.
