When I extend my arm in front and pull on a door I feel pain in my shoulder
This morning did lots of dips/bench/and weighted pull ups
Should I take some time off doing them til the pain is gone ir am I fine?
If I have another shoulder injury like a year ago mane
Then it’s over for me

You're fine, push through, it will go away on it's own, shoulders are very hard to injure especially in a long term chronic way from overuse.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

Have also been shoulderbroke for the past few months. Just getting back into things in the past few weeks. Do not recommend.
If it doesn't disappear in like a week of taking it light, I'd see someone. Doing enough to stimulate it to heal but not too much that you re-injure/damage has been pretty hard ime.neglect lifting acquire tendons
uses hook grip to jerk off crew
would cuck Rippetoe (respectfully)
