I’m currently cutting and at around 10% body fat. I’ve taken Yohimbine in the past with success to get to around 7-8% body fat but that’s when I was training fasted then doing cardio right after my fasted training session first thing in the morning. I’m no longer training/doing cardio first thing in the morning but rather later in the day. Due to this, I’m not in a fasted state as I’ve had food in the morning/afternoon and I know that in order for Yohimbine to work it needs to be taken in a fasted state due to elevated insulin levels negating it’s fat loss effects.
So my question is, although I’ve had a meal or two in the day, how long after having those meals is your body considered to then be in a fasted state once again? 3 hours? 4 hours? 5 hours? So then I can take Yohimbine before my training/cardio session after a certain number of hours have passed so my body is considered to be in a fasted state again.

By the time I finish my workout, it’ll have been 4 hours since I last ate. Then I was thinking about taking Yohimbine after 4 hours of last eating and then doing 30 minutes of cardio. So not sure if 4 hours is enough.
The meal beforehand would be around ~10g fat, ~75g carbs, ~35g protein so about ~530 cals.
