am powerlifter 16 triceps been blowing up recently but my biceps still small and i got short ass **** bicep insertions is there any hope for me

What does your training program look like? If you're 16, chances are you haven't been training for long and just need to be more patient. Just remember to eat in a caloric surplus and progressively overload on weights every session and you'll grow.
