    Want Toned Arms badly

    I have been doing weight training for years but recently found that i am making mistakes like not increasing weights or not doing latest methods.
    Can someone PLEASE HELP with images what exercises, reps to do for getting TONED ARMS with IMAGES as i am a dumbo Thanks in advance

    You need a whole body routine, focusing on one bodypart is usually a mistake because people don't have a realistic view of their overall body composition when they start .... we've all done it.

    Go to the Workout Programs forum and pick a well known routine from the sticky threads. All Pros simple beginners routine is a good option.

    "Toned" is basically a made-up marketing buzzword that literally means muscle definition which is achieved by having muscle mass coupled with low bodyfat.

    SP is right, a full body routine and not just focusing on the arms is necessarily to build muscle throughout your body so you can support having a lower overall bodyfat which is controlled 100% by diet.

    Usually we ask people to post photos so we can see where they are now in order to provide the best possible advice.
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
