    How to find maintenance calories?

I know there is probably a forum about this but I’m wondering what is the best way to find maintenance calories without spending any type of money or anything? Thanks!

my recommendation is to first weigh yourself in the morning so you have your basic starting weight
then pick your macronutrients for the next 2 weeks
Weigh yourself every morning for 2 weeks (averaging weight per week in excel)
and keep repeating with different sets of macros until your weight at the end of 2 weeks is +/- 1% of your starting weight

If you're already tracking macros, use that as a starting point and weigh yourself in the morning. Otherwise make up the macros tmrw then start tracking day after
