Need Help with Hormone Test Results

Can anyone shed some light concerning my test results?
I'm a 65 yr old male. Weight 170 lb, height 5'10". I'm having great difficulty gaining and maintaining muscle so I had my numbers checked. Please help with interpretation.
Test is high, so what gives? What interventions, if any, could improve my results?

Estradiol 23 pg/mL Normal

Prolactin 14.2 ng/mL Normal

Testosterone 925 ng/dL High

Sex Hormone
Binding Globulin 122 nmol/L High

Free Androgen
Index 27 Normal

With normal/high numbers I don't think the levels are the culprit. At 65 you're not going to put on muscle like an 18 year old, what's your diet, workout routine and lifestyle look like?

This is probably total testosterone and not free T. SHBG level is also high, which binds to testosterone and decreases the amount that's bio-available.

Testosterone 925 ng/dL High < This is a VERY high number for your age bracket. I highly doubt your bloods are a culprit. But I'm not a doctor.

THIS... you do NOT want high SHBG because it binds to testosterone and decreases your free (usable) testosterone. I have the same issue. Back in March (I was 56 years old) my Total Testosterone was 762 ng/dl (slightly higher than average), but Free Testosterone was 73.7 pg/ml which is very near the bottom of normal, and it's because my SHBG is high
