Do I believe earth changes? Absolutely. It has to change because earth is a bigly yuuge living organism. If it dies, then we all die.
Do I believe mankind contributes to the change? Yes. BUT NOT TO THE EXTENT THE OLIGARCHS WANT US TO BELIEVE. IOW, we contribute to some changes, but not enough to warrant buying THEIR narrative. Earth, just like humans, is also self-healing.
Climate change is a globalist agenda designed to tax the very oxygen we breathe. It's also about control.
We are actually entering Grand Solar Minimum. And during these phases, the sun emits more CME.
So the root cause of climate change is the sun. But politicians would rather blame Humanity so they can continue to enslave us.

If we'd replace the term climate change with terraforming we might actually get more traction. Humans are contributing to the process (as well as a host of natural contributors)... good ol hard SF has given lots of grist for discussion for terraforming.
