Here's one of my leg/back day workouts. I do 5-10 minutes on a stair climber and 30-40 light reps cable machines for warmup, so none of these below are warmup sets.
The problem is I sometimes find myself utterly wrecked too early in the workout, sometimes not. I'm wondering if I should restructure it. Putting squats early in the exercise seems to be a bad idea on a 43 year old body that has only been lifting for about 5 months.
All my other leg-days are similar, just different variations, maybe with added rack pulls or leg extensions.
Squat 4x5
Dumbell shrugs 4 x 10
Seated Row 4x10
Lat Pull down 4x10
Preacher curl barbell 3x12
calf raise. 3x15
seated leg curl 4x12
Deadlift 3x5

You say your burnt out before your workout finishes, well for only working out for 5 months that is ALOT of volume.
Might want to look into splitting it in half for a few weeks
I'm 28 and can't workout like that, I've been working out for a few months, when I was 21 I worked out alot, after ayear my routine had volume like yours, took some years off now my volume is alot lower, but I have added more than I was able to begin with months ago
