So Im 18 years old but I’m only 5”8 and weigh 9 stone. I lifted 90kg today and that was the second time I have ever deadlifted (last year also 90). I was wondering if this was poor for my age and weight? it felt a little underwhelming because my friends are younger than me and do around 110. I don’t know what qualifies as good or bad for my weight and height but my BMI is 19.73.

It doesn't matter what you lift in the early stages of your lifting career. What matters is if you improve steadily or not. If this is the same as last year, it sounds like you aren't putting enough effort into training. In the first year you should be doubling that if you were trying - but it takes time - like adding 5-10kg to your deadlift every month.
