(Question from my friend who does not have internet access)
What is the best proceedure to lose fat and keep/gain muscle (please include diet and exercies if possible) thanks guys!
And also what is the best fat burning exercise

But HIIT done improperly can easily burn muscle!
I'm no HIIT expert but I do know its critical to have proper pre and post workout nutrition and timing when doing HIIT. I suggest some reasearch on the HIIT in depth threads.Cutting - 6' 3" - 28 yrs
Jan 10th - 219 lbs (end of winter dirty bulk)
July 30th - 192lbs - Approx 9% bf

Try searching these forums for posts from Emma-Leigh for some good basics of nutrition and excercise for loosing fat. Once you understand the basics feel free to post your diet and excercise plans along with your stats and I'm sure you will get some great feedback!
