    Please review my workout

Hello guys. I am a beginner and never worked out properly before. As equipments I have bench, lat pulldown machine, dumbbells and treadmill. I prepared that workout by myself by watching some youtube videos (I am totally inexperienced). I wonder if it is convenient for beginners and I did it true. Also, should I add treadmill to my routine? I am 19 and my weight is around 55-60 kg. I am not looking forward to gaining huge muscle gains but rather feeling more energetic, enhancing my immunity system and feeling better generally.

3 sets for each of them
    Dumbbell reverse Lunge
    Lat pulldown
    Pushup
    DB Strict Lateral Raise
    Calve Raises
    DB Close Grip Press
    DB Curl

It's hard to give critique if you are simply exercising with no specific training goal.

You don't need to do weightlifting to do this.

    Looks
    Pretty good for starters.

Given your goals, you might want to explore circuit training bundling your movements with a push, pull and leg movement in each bundle.

If he doesn't want to gain muscle it may be. Although with his program it's unclear if this will be an issue anyway.

Damn I forgot my password, so the forum admins can delete the account that posted the threat(sorry for that). Guys, of course I would like to convert my fat to muscle, but what Imeant was that I didn't want the training to be really intense as I am beginner. Also, it would be really helpful if you simply explained if I should add/replace/remove any exercises, because I am not really familiar with the terms. Thanks a lot for the answers

Just pick a proper novice program, some examples are in the stickies on this Workout forum page. You can substitute exercises if necessary based on your equipment.
