    Revolt Belt Squat Attachment

Anyone ever see or use one of these? I know it doesn’t start at the top of the movement.
    Thoughts?

It should start near the top of the movement. That's what that kickstand is for. Although I agree this one looks like the ROM is very limited, having the weight horns too low.. It's basically another clone of the sorinex j-squat (which is what I based mine off years ago). This one does seem to have the weight horns too far back. Looks like less than 50% felt load the way it is in photo. Meaning that if the limit is 500 lbs (as on website, but not sure that's the actual limit), you'll be getting less than 250 lbs as an actual load. Which is low for a belt squat.

Yes the plates are at the middle of the arm. I was thinking the kickstand and horns could be moved towards the squat end one or two hole, but not sure if my knees should hit the plates.

The plate horns are moveable and long. You could load it with 25's to increase ROM and knee hitting. $200 bucks with free shipping and this is your 2nd or 3rd? thread on this.
Buy it and try it. A lighter alternative to squats and would be a plus on your back and joints. I think this is one I was looking at a while back. We are 2 months out from moving. I am not buying anything else heavy to move for now...

Maybe it's time to re-arrange the gym and add the leg press?

Maybe but that’s a lot of space. Also some members scared me off saying leg press can put a lot of pressure on lower back.

Get a hack squat and shift the pressure to your knees
