Workout routine to get physique similar to Mike Tyson ?

I really like how Mike looked in his prime and how big he was for a “ small guy “ , obviously I know genetics played a part , so please don’t come here and say genetics I don’t want to be him only have physique similar .

What routine / programme would be best for me to follow ?
I’m not really that experienced in bodybuilding so any advice is appreciated .

Also I am around 5’9 and weight about 75Kg at the moment .

No but did a fukkload of calisthenics. Always said “I didn’t start counting until it started hurting”. I doubt many people have that kinda discipline, well, maybe Herschel Walker who trains in a similar manner. I think the only exercises he used weights for was shrugs and they weren’t very heavy ones either.

That's how you make high rep training work regardless of the source of resistance.

How do I look like Tyson or Lesnar is a common question.

The answer is you don’t. Sorry. If you don’t have elite genetics + cell tech it’s not going to happen.

I remember an interview he did where he said he does 20 reps of every exercise

In his book he said he did 2500 sit ups a day and 100 push ups in a clip. Not sure how many sets

Iron Mike clearly had pretty elite muscle building genetics - he was allegedly 190lb (at 5'10 or a bit shorter) and 14 years old and he was pretty lean too. Makes you think - he could have been a very impressive natural bodybuilder if he hasn't wasted his talent in becoming heavyweight champion of the world.

Also, I kind of get it when someone is just getting into lifting and they're not really aware yet how much of a slow drudge the incremental progress is past a novice level, but it's somewhat amusing to me that some of the best examples of physiques are casually selected as medium-term goals for people who are brand new.

I am guilty of this too, of course...

Good news. You too can have the legs like an elite athlete.

Have I now become your enemy by telling you the truth?

To be fair, there are so many body transformations posted online & actors go from scrawny to muscular in 6 months for roles, all touting workouts or chicken & broccoli diets. So without any experience, you can get the wrong impression as to how this happens.

But I agree it's odd when people specifically make their goal to look like people who were the world's greatest boxer at one time, or the world's most famous martial artist - who've dedicated their entire life to something. And think the answer might be "Fierce 5".

Or, are positive that Fierce 5 doesn't work at all because they're not seeing the immediate results that they want to.

Granted, I myself have never done F5 but it seems to be impatience from those who say that sort of thing, rather than a failing of the program.

EDIT: Not accusing you of this OP, but it is a common thing on this forum.

Yeah pretty much. If a novice or intermediate lifter can't make progress the F5 programs they're the problem. Most people just want to go to the gym and train chest and arms. A lot of the bro split threads on here are people trying to justify doing dumb ****.
