I'm 26 yo Male at 220 Currently. Plan is to drop to 180. Start date is October 18th 2021. This log is to keep myself accountable and staying on top of it regardless of whatever circumstances. Will be updating weight as weeks progress. Adding meals and macros for referencing later. Comments and criticism are welcome.

Personally, I would take it up a notch and just completely cut out the breakfast. However this still looks like a very solid diet plan.
