    Cool good arm size

    Does anybody here know what a good arm size would be for a 17 yr old who has been training for 4 months at 144lbs ik its hard to judge but im just wondering does anybody have an idea

    nah, maybe compare your arms to your peers that are the same age. That should give you a general idea.

    Best to just use visual observations mate but in all honesty any size is decent at 14
