    starting out advice

I am not a beginner at lifting weights i have lifted throughout highschool for football but now i am in college and my friends have gotten me into bodybuilding because i have elite genetics. I look great and am very lean year round(19, 6'3, 195lb, under 15%bodyfat) but have no idea how to move forward into bodybuilding if anyone has some advice it would be appreciated.

ps I have no intention of taking peds.

Based off of my own experience

    1. Be patient. It is very cliche. The most cliche terms become cliche because they are repeated so frequently. There is a reason many people repeat the same phrase after personal experience. It has had some impact on their lives. Whether positive or negative, all words can be learned from. The results will correlate with your effort applied. As an athlete you know what it takes to come out on top.apply those same relentless God given abilities and your results will come.
    2. Be well rounded. While I appreciate your newfound admiration and furthermore decision to actually pursue bodybuilding, as you improve, improve your brain right there with your brawn. I am man enough to admit I became a one sided meathead there for a while, your brain is your core. It controls any and all aspects of your day. Make sure it Stays sharp!
    3. Enjoy it. Enjoy the process, there are going to be reps, sets and even workouts that are hard but understand and even welcome this pain. Never force yourself to become something you aren't fully committed to becoming. We were all sent here for reason, you say you have elite genetics, you are blessed bro. Make the absolute most of it and enjoy the hell out of it 👌
