Can somebody recommend a set of resistance bands for leg curls. I work out from home and think this would benefit my training. Thanks

This is a good set (I have it): https://www.walmart.com/ip/Pull-Up-A...0?athbdg=L1400
I've used them for leg curls (1 leg at a time) to really good effect prior to building a home gym.

My wife has the same ones in our gym, and before I got a leg curl machine I used them for curls as well. Once you figure out a good angle & positioning for everything, you can really beat up your hamstrings with them. I just used the green one for pushdowns last night too (I have pulleys but like to also use bands) - they come in handy for a lot of things.
Lifting. Hockey. Headbanging.
