4 egg omelet with broccoli, red pepper, purple onion, jalapeno, pepperocini, spinach and 2 slices of ham
3 PM 3 scoop of vanilla pea protein powder with milk and frozen raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
Dinner
2 hamburg patties with red onion
1/2 cup of quinoa
Spinach salad
