    EZ BIG Breakfast Chooser

    Bored with your regular breakfast.

Here is an EZ BIG Breakfast Chooser (in pics) loosely based on Stan Efferdings Vertical Diet.

You can choose from 90/10 ground beef, precooked ground turkey, sausage--ground or links, center cut bacon or Chorizo as the meat.

The other choices are in the picture.

Calories and protein will vary depending on your choices.

But you can make 3 breakfasts at once and fridge them for later microwaving.

    To see more--see the pic:

Ok, 1 can of Spaghetti-Oh's to (1/2) Lb Ground beef by itself...browned and broken up in crumbles--it eats easier than just the meat crumbles, and I like the taste.

Same with adding a can of Campbell's Vegetarian Vegetable soup, added to the browned broken up crumbles. I like the taste of that too.

And gentlemen, this is not an Omelette, its a scrambled egg mix.

I only like the Oh's with the ground beef though, not the others. It just makes it more like a sloppy Joe kind of meat to mix with the eggs, and is a switch from Potatoes, Rice, Yams, and Oatmeal.

    Thanks for reinventing spaghetti.

I've got a new recipe. Take about 5 oz of hamburger, make a patty and cook it. Place it between 2 buns, add ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles, lettuce and maybe some cheese. What shall I call this?

    A Paulburger!

Yes, I have done it 3 different times for 3 reps.

I don't train for numbers, I actual train most of the time relatively light because I have pretty good genetics and respond well to lighter training.

Not three shakey reps or partials, full reps---but I don't want to tear anything.

I have Maxed out the Hammer Strength pulldown machine and added chains and an extra 90 lbs on that.

I trained like that for a while while doing 100 pullups (just the drops) a week. 50 close grip front and 50 Jesus style behind the neck.

I only like to train back heavy--not front...

Right now I'm just light training everything (at Home) COVID style.

Make it Square and call it a Paul-Square Burger De-luxe!

With onion rings in place of the onion and Bullseye BBQ sauce instead of the other stuff...Plus some pepper Jack Cheese to give it a little Sizzle.

The Paul-Square Burger De-Luxe! Because not all BBQ's are round.

I watch Brain Shaw, Eddie Hall, Halthor and Robert Oberst and it seems like they warm up around there...Those guys can hoist some pretty impressive numbers.

Indeed, but ah, in the mortal world of the natural lifter... repping 350 is pretty incredible in my opinion. Doubt anyone would disagree.
