I think I have Triceps tendonitis. When I am at the gym and the following exercises:
Triceps Kick-Backs
Skull crushers
After a few days it feel better, only hurts when I workout. Any suggestion on a Elbow Compression Sleeve or Elbow Brace

Rid of skuil crushers, you probably holding elbows in one position during the movement which is terrible for elbow joint. If you wannt keep doing skull crushers make sure u make it as a compound exercise and let your elbow goes behind hand just a bit.
