    Favorite glute exercises?

I'm trying to find more effective ways to hit the glutes without doing "perv humps" with the cable machines or barbell thrusts. I rarely care what other people think but I draw the line at giving people images that will cause them to dry heave.

So far I've found stiffleg deadlift and/or Romanian deadlift to be the best, using lighter weight in the 8-10 rep range. Doing this really gives me a good connection.

    Should I consider low-bar squats?

Do "good mornings" just do basically the same thing as stiffleg deadlift?

Nothing has ever hit my glutes close to as much as bulgarian split squats with my front leg far enough in front that I actually sit down and back into the bottom position. I bend forward some while doing these too.

Barbell hip thrusts and weighted sidekick supersets are generally all I do for glutes(6 sets of volume for glutes per lower body day). Done before quads and hams, it warms them up appropriately also.

I don't feel glutes during RDL or SLDL. Just hamstrings and hamstrings/erectors.

Only on squats, leg press, hexbar deadlift.
