Triceps exercise on the machine the same as overhead press (for the long head)?
Hey,
I would like to know if the triceps press on the machine pictured (see photo) affects the long head the same as overhead presses*. The arms are not stretched overhead, but on the machine they are "stretched" in front of the body and that should be enough to focus on the long head here as well, shouldn't it?
So should I be able to swap out the machine for the overhead press because both are too much exercise for me?
