Left Shoulder pain during lat pulldown

I have some slight pain in my left shoulder area when doing lat pull downs. The only time pain comes is when I’m coming down with the wide grip. It feels like it’s in the front of my shoulder but I’m not sure where the exact pressure point is. I do hear my shoulder crack/pop at times.

I do stretch out my rotator cuff with resistance bands before doing any upper body.

For now I’ve done underhand lat pulldowns since I have no pain during this exercise.

Try to pull more towards your chest and extend your back a bit more.
