I know preworkouts suggest every few months, but what about coffee and other caffeine supplements?
Anyone have any idea what the best medical practice is for when and how to cycle on and off caffine?

Ideally I would imagine is to not get hooked, so caffeine five days on two off would be wise.
I’m hooked and should come off to re sensitize. I remember a small, 8 ounce cup of coffee and I could feel the difference. Now a pot of coffee a day and I get by without feeling any jitters.
The original hydroxcut back in the mid 90s used to have you using it weekdays on weekends off so you would not desensitize yourself to the effects (or at least feeling them).

I just try to make sure I don't reach a point where I feel like I need it in the mornings. Like, looking forward to a cup of coffee in the morning is one thing, but whenever I find myself feeling crappy before I have my coffee, I take a few days off of caffeine.
