M/32/5'10" [200lbs > 168lbs = 32lbs] (5 months) Looking to cut until Thanksgiving. Figure I'll get to 160 lbs at least, by then.

Thanks dude. Basically just CICO. I've gotten super into bicycling, as well. Focused on 600-800 calories below maintenance during the week. Weekends still somewhat strict but not as much as during the weekdays. It's taken me 7 months, I'm sure of I was super strict I could have done this same progress in 5 months but I might've burnt out, too.
Wanted to find what worked for me in the long run. I think I've built a healthier lifestyle that I can maintain.
My goal is 160 lbs by Thanksgiving and then do a slow clean bulk until Spring where I'll then do a mini 6 week cut before Summer.
I never want to do this again, 7 months is so long.
