Hey all, back again. So for those that have seen my other posts i went from over 30 percent body fat weighing 90kg at 5 foot 6 and dieted hard and trained hard for 10 months with the help of a reputable coach. Last month i stalled at 71kg and was quite burnt out from all the dieting and cardio so i took a maintenance phase of 4 weeks. Trying to drop the stubborn love handles left over and lower stomach fat. What do you guys think of my progress? I am now 69kg at 5 foot 6 and my most recent pics are in my gallery photos titled " sep 21 back and sep 21 front". Feel free to rip me apart haha thanks all in advance
